One of the natural wonders of life is that our most difficult experiences, such as major transitions, crises, anxieties and illness, when approached with deep awareness, contain the seeds of new directions and potential.
Whatever challenges or interests bring you to this site, I'm glad you're here. You may want to work with a body symptom, move on from a traumatic experience, find your way through a turbulent life change, or obtain guidance from within yourself. Perhaps you’re not sure what has gone wrong, but life feels empty and you find it hard to see your way forward.
These experiences may also prompt you to ask yourself about the ‘big picture’ of your life. This may be vague as yet, but may for example include searching for a way to express your true self and make your unique contribution in the world.

The heart of my work is your journey of healing and self-discovery. As we work to resolve your symptoms, troubles and difficulties, I invite you to be curious about what they have to do with your inner world and your life path.
Process Work, craniosacral therapy and dreamwork can be used separately or together. These deep, subtle methods access a part of ourselves that knows more than our everyday thinking can tell us, and is waiting to speak if we can listen with an openness to new and unexpected possibilities.
I encourage you to become aware of less familiar messages – the subtle sensations in your body, your dreams, your heartfelt yearnings and the quiet promptings of your soul – as well as your mind. These can lead you to discover what is trying to emerge in you that is needed, not only for your everyday well-being and personal growth but also in the world around you.
