You’re a human being with emotions, a life with challenges in it, and a body that soaks it all up and does its best to adapt.
The good news is, we are designed to heal. Given the opportunity, your body knows how to unwind the physical and emotional tensions that have accumulated over time.
I'm here to help you to slow down, honour your experience with kindness, and see how the strains have built up to this point, so you can get a fresh perspective and respond confidently from a more open, grounded place.
Drawing on craniosacral therapy, meditative practices, and inner work from process-oriented psychology, I aim to help you experience:
