I love to work with the connection between our everyday selves – aches, pains, worries and all – and the deep, sacred core of who we are. We can access that place in ourselves of aliveness, potential and healing, and it’s closer than we think.
has evolved over thirty years from a background in dance and movement education, to qualifying in various body therapy modalities including craniosacral therapy, to training in Process Work and earth-based psychology.
is process-oriented (facilitating what is naturally trying to change), somatic (valuing the body as a source of information and a resource for healing), experiential (focusing on the ‘here and now’ experience more than talking ‘about’ things) and transpersonal (recognising the deeper sense of ourselves which is beyond our individual personality).
is that we can awaken our innate ability to heal from within, unfold what is trying to emerge in our lives and use our grounded spiritual vision in the service of much-needed change in the world. It seems clear to me that individual transformation is the only grand design there is for a global change of heart. The challenges of personal and collective life dare us to explore who we truly are and what our sacred purpose is, so that we can confidently do the work that touches us most deeply.
If you feel that I could help you to engage with the question the poet Mary Oliver puts so beautifully, 'What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?', I warmly invite you to contact me.
