We're back again with our popular workshop!
Claire and Kathryn give heart to discouraged meditators and would-be meditators in this relaxed and supportive, half-day workshop. With sensitivity and a fair bit of humour, we will show you how you can enjoy the benefits of meditation – even if you feel you haven’t got time to meditate, you're too stressed-out, you have pain, or you’re convinced you can’t do meditation.
The workshop includes short guided practices along with practical tips. Numbers are limited so that your particular needs can be addressed.
