The focus of my work is supporting people to live with less pain and stress, be at ease and fulfilled, and do more of the things they love.
We know that our bodies will naturally turn towards health, given the right encouragement.
I’ve seen that getting free of chronic pain, even where there is deep-seated physical or emotional hurt, is not only possible, but can lead to positive changes in all other areas of life.
Clients who work with me for a while also know that working sensitively with chronic pain and trauma is a gateway to a whole new level of freedom through understanding ourselves.
We all have within us a source of aliveness, potential and healing, and it’s closer than we think.
Our pain and confusion melts and transforms when we bring deep awareness to it, and in their place flow ease and trust in ourselves.
That’s my deepest wish for you.
