A chance to turn our attention to our inner resources and find our strength and wisdom within. We will gather for our meditations in the light, airy barn, which leads out to the glorious gardens, ponds and secret spaces that make Hellens Manor a perfect place to find your peace. |
Meditations
Our meditation practices include mindfulness, loving-kindness, visualisations, and opening to deep insight. The day alternates between sitting and walking meditations, with a time for sharing and questions at the end.
Please feel free to bring cushions, mats and blankets for your comfort. You're welcome to sit on the chairs or on the floor, as you wish. Covid-19 protocols
