This is much more than a pain relief programme. The skills you learn will enable you to experience a profound recognition of who you are at heart and how to heal from that place, not from a battle-weary shadow of yourself.
The programme is intentionally heart-centred. This is because the energy held in our symptoms has to do with a part of ourselves that we've been marginalising, and needs gentle, compassionate encouragement to be expressed and healed.

Here's how the Help Your Body Heal programme works
We'll meet for an hour at a time, one-to-one, for a total of six sessions, in person, or by phone, or by Zoom or Skype.
As we move through the programme, you'll receive written and audio guides, worksheets, tips, awareness journalling prompts, and self-care practices to integrate what you've learned.
