Do you ever wonder if there's a way to thrive in the face of the challenges in your life?
Meditation shows us how we can live from a place of quiet strength, rather than feeling caught in a constant struggle. You probably know this calm, clear place - you've touched into it before - but mostly it eludes you.
The good news is, it is within your reach, always available. Connecting to this place is what truly supports and nurtures you.
Let me guide you into a mindfulness meditation practice that you will love as it grows with you.
Take a look at the classes below, register and come along. All classes are suitable for beginners. You’ll be warmly welcome.
If you would like to learn and practise meditation in the company of friendly, like-minded people, this class is for you.
Perhaps you want to enjoy some peace and quiet in your busy life, or you're navigating difficult times, or you long to be in touch with a deeper part of yourself.
Whatever your reasons for wanting to meditate, these short lunch-time sessions will help you to get started, and encourage you to keep going with your practice.
The classes are easy to follow, with guided meditations. There is plenty of support for your individual needs, with time to share experiences and ask questions.
Each block of sessions will include meditations on: - Pausing to be present - Developing self-compassion - Calming anxiety and stress - Easing everyday pain - Tuning in to your inner wisdom
