Isbourne Centre, Cheltenham Saturday 31 October 2020 10am - 1pm
We all get a bit frayed at the edges now and again.
But when we're anxious, tense, or under emotional stress for a long time and we try to ignore it, our body starts to show the strain.
The tension in our mind creates tension in our body. Stiff back, achy shoulders, headaches, and grim tummy troubles are just some of the physical problems related to stress.
And as if it’s not enough to be feeling stressed, these physical symptoms drain our energy even more.
It's an exhausting cycle of stress-pain-more stress.
But you can break the loop.
In this workshop you will:
- learn how to spot the signs of stress-induced tension in your body, so you can act to release it
- explore gentle, mindful practices that go deep to restore your well-being
- experience the transformation that happens when you bring compassion to yourself
Please bring your own cushions, mats, blankets, and refreshments, as the Isbourne are unable to provide these at this time.
