In online sessions we work towards the same mind-body healing outcomes as we do in person.
What happens in an online session?
We work together over the phone or online, for an hour. You can be sitting comfortably, or if you prefer, lying on the floor or soft surface is fine. You may like to use earbuds or your speakerphone.
We will check in together and I’ll invite you to share your intention for the session. Perhaps you want to find a deep well of peace in the midst of a crisis. Or you may want to explore the emotional roots of your anxiety or pain, so that you can understand it better and find relief.
I will support you to drop into your body so that you can tune into how you are really feeling. By guiding you with questions, I’ll help you to connect with the deep inner knowing that is available to you. In this way we encourage the natural healing process to unfold.
As you experience this sense of being grounded and in touch with yourself, we will identify resources and tools to help you access this way of being in your everyday life.
We will gently bring the session to a close, and you can take your time to integrate the work we’ve done.
