I'm happy to say that my practice is now open again, with Covid-19 protocols in place to help keep us safe.

What to expect
Craniosacral therapy is a light-touch, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the nervous system so that every other system in the body can relax and self-correct. It helps you naturally free yourself from pain and re-energise your mind and body. To receive it, you lie fully clothed on a comfortable therapy couch.
As the pain and stress ease, we can see more clearly beneath the surface, to the underlying source of the problem. Understanding where your symptoms are coming from enables you to make the best choices for your health and stay well.
I encourage you to take an active part in your recovery, with self-care strategies that evolve as you feel better.
